Liquids and Solids
Fun ho! Building a boat is just one of the entertaining ways primary students explore the states of matter in solids and liquids.
In this engaging program, primary students investigate the properties of materials through an exploration of liquids and solids. They probe the differences between the three states of matter, examine interactions between liquids of different densities, study solids that dissolve in liquids, and consider buoyancy. Students even get to design a boat and see how much weight it can support.
